We do not use any animal foods and products, and we offer meals that take into consideration the global environment, all living things, people's religion, and culture!

I want people to know that you can have a delicious meal without meat or fish. Even if you are not vegan, I would like you to introduce it as one genre like Italian cuisine and Chinese cuisine, such as eating vegan food once a month.

It's very delicious and nutrition is also considered.

It is currently in the pre-opening period, with business days still about once or twice a week.

Some of the organic vegetables on the shelves use pesticides.

At our shop, we are particular about using no pesticides, no chemical fertilizers, and no animal fertilizers, and we use vegetables produced in the prefecture and grown in-house on the island.

I try not to use unbelievable or unclear things.

Therefore, we have prepared ingredients that can be used for breakfast and dinner, such as self-catering and instant foods at the accommodations managed by our shop, so that not only vegans but also vegetarians will not interfere with their stay. Even if you are new to us, please try it once.
