宿泊についてのポリシー
注意事項
１、チェックインとチェックアウト
チェックイン（入室）のお時間は午後２時からとなっております。
鍵は白石島の港を降りてすぐ右手の国際交流ヴィラの青い看板がある回漕店（おみやげ店）にてお渡しとなります。
お受け取りはチェックインの前でも可能ですが、必ず１８時半までにお越しください。
その後、チェックイン時刻の２時以降に施設の方へお越しください。
＊なお、施設共有スペースでのお荷物等の荷下ろしは午前１０時以降から受け付けておりますが、貴重品等は各自自己責任にて肌身離さず管理していただきます様お願いいたします。
当施設は離島にございます。
本土側の笠岡からの船の最終便は住吉港（施設名：みなとこばなし）発の午後5時47分となっておりますので、くれぐれもご留意くださいませ。
チェックアウトのお時間は午前１０時までとなっております。
ご退却時はお部屋のドアと玄関ドアをロックし、鍵を港のチェックイン場所までお持ち帰りください。

２、お支払い、ゲストブックにつきまして
ご宿泊料金の集金とゲストブックのご明記につきましては、施設管理のムヤ（タンザニア人スタッフ）が施設にて対応いたします。
業務上の都合にて、ご到着後すぐに伺えない場合がございます。
お客様の滞在中の時間内で施設にて集金させて頂いておりますのでご理解のほどよろしくお願いいたします。
在留資格や観光ビザで日本滞在中の方は、それぞれ、資格カードまたはパスポートをご提示いただき、番号を控えさせていただきますので、
ご協力をお願いいたします。
＊予約サイトにて事前支払い済のお客様は集金がありません。
出来る限り、夜分に行わない様に心がけておりますが、繁忙期などは業務が多岐に渡るため、ご不便をおかけするかもしれません。
お取り扱いは現金とクレジットカードのみとなります。
島内にはATMが郵便局にありますが、平日のみの営業となりますので、現金払いの方は、事前にご用意のほどよろしくお願いいたします。

３、お食事、調理について
当施設には全て調理道具や食器、冷蔵庫当が揃ったキッチンがございますので自炊していただく事が可能ですが、キッチンは一箇所だけですので、他の宿泊の方とのご使用時間の兼ね合いにて、お互いに譲り合ってご利用ください。
設置家電：２口コンロ魚焼きグリル付、冷蔵庫、オーブンレンジ、炊飯器、コーヒーメーカー、電子ケトル、電子湯沸かし保温機、カセットコンロ。
設置備品：食器全般、カトラリー（箸、フォーク、スプーン、ナイフ、お子様用カトラリーセット）、土鍋（一台）、フライパン、鍋、ざる、ボール、おたま、菜箸、フライ返し、ワインオープナー、栓抜き、コーヒー用ハンドドリッパーなど。
なお、調味料など施設に設置しておりましたが、衛生上の都合により撤去致しました。
また、現状と致しましては、お客様が入れ替わる毎に残飯等の大量のゴミが出ており、大変困っております。
今後は、環境配慮と衛生管理の観点から、ゴミの排出量を最小限にしていただきたく、使い残し、食べ残し、飲み残しはお持ち帰りいただける様、
あらかじめ袋やジップ袋などをご持参ご準備いただき、お持ち帰りくださいませ。
箱やパックなどのゴミに関しては、小さく折り畳む、重ねるなどして最小サイズにして廃棄して頂きます様、くれぐれもご協力いただき、資源ゴミは分別となりますので、飲み物のボトルは必ず、一度、水で流して水を切ってから、赤色のゴミ箱へ分別をお願いいたします。
また、島内には食品を扱うスーパーが一軒ありますが、臨時休業などもありますので、
必要なものは本土にてご購入いただき、ご持参いただきますと安心です。

完全菜食（動物性一切不使用）で無添加、アレルギーフリーを基盤とし、
オーガニック食材や島の特産を中心としたランチ、ドリンク、デザートを提供しています。
現在は、完全予約制です。
また、店内では、ヴィーガン、ベジタリアン食材（ヴィーガンバター、ヴィーガンフランク、玄米、部付き米の量り売りなど）
も販売しておりますので、ヴィラでの自炊にお役立てください。
港から徒歩３分の古民家を改装したお店です。
４、アメニティーにつきまして
ボディータオル、フェイスタオル、シャンプーコンディショナー、ボディーソープ、ヘアドライヤーなどは設置しておりますが、歯ブラシセットとボディースポンジ、浴衣等はご提供しておりませんので、ご持参いただきますと幸いです。
５、キャンセルにつきまして
ご予約の無料キャンセルにつきましては、前日の午前１０までとさせていただいております。
（例：８月２日チェックインのご予約の場合：８月１日の午前１０時まで）
以降になりますと前日の２３：５９分までのご連絡でお支払いの５０％、当日は１００％をのお支払いを頂戴することになります。
くれぐれもお気をつけいただきますと幸いです。
６、Wi-fiにつきまして
施設全域でインターネットがご利用いただけます。
また、アクセスフリーのためパスワードなどは不要です。
ご利用の際は、Wi-fiの利用をオンにしていただき、アクセスフリーのWi-fiをご確認ください。
７、海のアクティビティにつきまして
白石島海水浴場ではカヤッキング、ウインドサーフィン、SUPなどが大変できます。
一名様１時間：1,000円〜
また、浮き輪やパラソルも貸し出しがあります。
（浮き輪：大小 一回：500円〜、パラソル１回 1,000円〜）
海水浴場の中心あたりの“あいらん堂”、海の家みっきの前で貸し出ししています。
年中体験は可能で、ウエットスーツも貸出あり。おすすめは夏季ですが、春や秋でも楽しめます！

Notes
1. Check-in and check-out
Check-in (entry) time is from 2:00 pm.
The key will be handed over at the souvenir shop( The former rowing shop called Kaisou-ten) with the blue sign of the international villa on the right after arrived the port of Shiraishi-jima(island).
You can pick the key up before check-in, but get the key until the check-in time end at 6:30 pm.
* Luggage and other items can be unloaded from the shared space of the facility from 10 am onwards, but please manage your valuables at your own risk.
Our facility is located on a remote island.
Please note that the last ferry depart Kasaoka on the mainland side is 5:47 pm from Sumiyoshi Port (facility name: Minato Kobanashi).
Check-out time is until 10am.
When you move out, please lock the room door and entrance door and take the key back to the port check-in location.

2. Payment, guestbook
The facility management Muya (Tanzanian staff) will handle the collection of accommodation charges and the specification of the guestbook at the facility.
Due to business reasons, we may not be able to visit you immediately after arrival.
We will collect these things at the facility during your stay, so we appreciate your understanding.
If you are staying in Japan with a status of residence or a tourist visa, you will be asked to show your qualification card or passport and write down your number.

* Customers who have paid in advance on the reservation site will not be able to collect money.
We try not to do it at night as much as possible, but it may cause inconvenience due to the wide range of work during the busy season.
We accept cash and credit cards only.
There is an ATM at the post office on the island, but it is open only on weekdays, so if you are paying in cash, please prepare it in advance.

3. About meals and cooking
The facility has a kitchen with cooking utensils, tableware, and a refrigerator, so you can prepare your own meals. However, since there is only one kitchen, you can use it with other guests. Please give each other and use it.
Home appliances installed: 2 stoves with a grill for fishes, refrigerator, microwave oven, rice cooker, coffee maker, electric kettle, electric water heater, cassette stove.
Installation equipment: General tableware, cutlery (chopsticks, forks, spoons, knives, cutlery set for children), clay pot (1 unit), frying pan, pot, colander, bowl, ladle, chopsticks, slicer, wine opener, stopper, coffee For hand dripper etc.
In addition, although it was installed in the facility such as seasonings, it was removed due to hygiene reasons.
the current situation is that every time a customer changes, a large amount of garbage such as leftover food is generated, which is a big problem.
In the future, from the viewpoint of environmental consideration and hygiene management, we would like you to minimize the amount of garbage discharged, so that you can take away leftovers, leftovers, and leftovers.
Please bring a bag or zipper bag with you in advance and take it home with you.
Regarding garbage such as boxes and packs, please fold it into small pieces, stack it to the minimum size, and dispose of it. 4, Amenity
We have body towels, face towels, shampoo conditioners, body soaps, hair dryers, etc., but we do not provide toothbrush & pastes, body sponges, yukatas, etc., so please bring them with you.
5. Cancellation
Free cancellation of reservation is until 10 am the day before.
(Example: For check-in reservations on August 2nd: Until 10:00 am on August 1st)
After that, 50% of the payment will be charged by contacting us by 23:59 the day before, and 100% will be charged on the day.
We would appreciate it if you could take great care of it.
6. About Wi-fi
Internet is available throughout the facility.
Also, since it is access-free, no password is required.
When using, please turn on the use of Wi-fi and check the access-free Wi-fi.
7. About sea activities
At Shiraishi-jima beach, you can do kayaking, windsurfing, SUP, etc. very much.
1 hour per person: 1,000 yen ~
Floating rings and parasols are also available for rent.
(Floating ring: large and small once: 500 yen ~, parasol once 1,000 yen ~)
It is rented out in front of "Airando", the seaside house Miki, near the center of the beach.
Experiences are possible all year round, and wet suits are available for rent. We recommend summer, but you can also enjoy it in spring and autumn!
